got the same a double room booked online, really enjoyed that. the staff were both friendly and excellent. location: the hotel was not far from old jaffa and surrounded by many local attractions.

The bed at The Jaffa was incredibly comfortable. The room was fantastic and clean, and the staff was helpful with a nice attitude. The hotel's location is great, being close to a 29-acre public beach park.

The rooms are clean and beautiful and they have a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe. The atmosphere of the hotel is CONTEMPORARY. It has marvellous and amazing location to see a franciscan Catholic brick church.

On the day of our check-out, we were pleasantly surprised with a gift from the hotel and an apology letter in Arabic, addressed to us for a minor delay caused by a mix-up with our luggage.
